            Delegate Griffith moves to amend SB 359 on page 1, Section 17, line 4, by following the words “to contact” by inserting the word “either” and, on lines 4 and  5, by striking out the words “that owns the fence.” and inserting in lieu thereof, the words “or any known lessee of the land by immediately reporting the fence damage to dispatch to initiate an attempt to alert the landowner or lessee of the fence damage.”
